Delivery

How much will delivery cost?

The delivery charge is automatically calculated and displayed during the check-out process. Depending on the weight and dimensions, you may be able to choose between Australia Post and Couriers Please.

Why am I only being offered one choice of delivery?

Australia Post will only ship items up to up to 20kg. If your order is over 20kg then a "Couriers Please" option will be displayed.

Can you deliver outside Australia?

Yes. Once you have registered an account (click on "Login" and then "Register"), logged in and specified your delivery address, the system will be able to calculate the delivery cost using Australia Post. Orders larger than 20kg may need to be split to fit Australia Post limitations.

What if my order is too large for your usual shipping methods?

When the, "No automatic shipping method is available for this order weight quantity. Please contact us to arrange an alternative." message is displayed, please contact us to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Events

We are always interested to hear about conferences and other events related to animal care equipment and services. If you are organising or attending such an event and you think it may be of interest to us or our clients, please let us know and we may be able to include the event on the website.

GST

If I am outside Australia, do I have to pay GST?

No. Once you have registered an account (click on "Login" and then "Register"), logged in and specified your residential and delivery addresses, the system will display prices without GST for you.

Where can I find prices for the products?

Prices are shown directly for "single" items. For products with multiple options, go to "product details" where you can use the "drop down" list to display product options and prices.
