Delivery

How much will delivery cost?

The delivery charge is automatically calculated and displayed during the check-out process. Depending on the weight and dimensions, you may be able to choose between Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT (FedEx).

Why am I only being offered one choice of delivery?

Certain items may only be carried by particular carriers, pressurised canisters and oversize goods may not be carried by a particular company so they will not be provided as an option if that item is in your cart. If the cart is only showing local pickup your address details may be incorrect or outside of our usual courier service areas, contact us for alternative transport options.

Can you deliver outside Australia?

Yes. All freight outside Australia is calculated to be shipped via TNT Express (FedEx) or Australia Post,

What if my order is too large for your usual shipping methods?

Large orders may not be available or priced correctly by the website and may need to be palletised, please contact us to arrange an alternative shipping method if you are concerned this is the case.

How quickly will I receive my order from ACES?

ACES endeavors to ship orders within 48 hours

What steps should be taken upon receipt of an order?

Examine all new purchases immediately upon receipt. Note any defects and/or problems and contact us immediately with your concerns. ACES will be happy to exchange goods that are defective.

Events

We are always interested to hear about conferences and other events related to animal care equipment and services. If you are organising or attending such an event and you think it may be of interest to us or our clients, please let us know and we may be able to include the event on the website.

GST

If I am outside Australia, do I have to pay GST?

No. If your delivery location is outside of Australia the system will display prices without GST for you.

Locations

We are located in Moorabbin, Victoria and ship Australia wide and anywhere within the Oceania/Asia region. We also have a USA location that services North and South America, Europe and Africa, if you are located in those areas please visit their site at www.animal-care.com

Where can I find prices for the products?

Prices are shown directly for “single” items. For products with multiple options if you go to the item page and select choose an option a price will be displayed when you make your selection.

Does ACES invoice customers?

Net 14 day accounts can be set up for agencies upon approval. We also accept online purchase orders for clients who have previously established terms accounts. To apply for an account please contact us.

I can’t find what I am looking for.

You can browse by category using the drop down menu at the top of the page or use the search bar directly under it. If you still can’t find what you are looking for, contact us. If the item you are looking for are not in our range we may still be able to find an equivalent or be able to special order it in for you.

Which gloves are right for me?

Each pair of gloves has been designed to allow you to practice safe and humane animal handling techniques. Our gloves will offer you added protection and reduce the severity of injury if it does occur, please consider the following before deciding on what type of animal handling gloves you need:- What animals do I mainly handle cats, dogs, birds other animals?; Is dexterity more important; Do I require more crushing bite protection. These answers will help you to determine which gloves will work best for you. Should you need help, contact us and an ACES Representative will be able to advise you. Remember no glove should ever be considered BITE PROOF, and should be used with commonsense and caution!

How can I look up or edit my details?

Once logged in, an additional menu option, “My Account” is available at the top of the page where you can update your contact details and view your order history.

Returns

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We are happy to exchange or refund items that are not to your satisfaction if returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and have not been used. Many items come with further manufacturer guarantees which may extend from 3 months to lifetime. We happily exchange items that are defective or damaged in transit. Custom Orders cannot be returned. Returns must be intact with original packaging and maybe subject to a re-stocking fee.

Any cancelled orders may still include any costs of the transaction from the payment processor, these fees are still charged even if the sale is refunded so unfortunately we will need to pass this cost on.

Does ACES charge a Restocking Fee?

Return of orders maybe subject to a restocking fee. Contact your ACES representative for details.

What is ACES’ Privacy Policy?

We do not store credit card information. We will contact you and ask for permission to charge/refund your credit card. We do not share our customer names or addresses with anyone.

What are the Terms & Conditions for Clearance & Sale Items?

Products in this section are either discontinued lines or scratch and dent seconds. We can not backorder lines in this section. There is a “no return, no warranty” on these products. All sales are final. Clearance prices represent savings off the original prices. Sorry, no price adjustments will be given on prior purchases. Should you have any questions please contact us.

Exclusions for discounts and/or offers are: all Pneudart products, all Net Gun Launcher products and all Microchip Scanners are not included in any promotion. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts and/or offers including the “daily special”, distributor, quantity, show and clearance discounts. Discount will only be applied to full priced items (excluding Pneudart). Discount cannot be applied to previous orders or backorders. These offers are valid only in the Oceania Region. When a minimum amount is required to receive a discount – shipping and handling are excluded.
